SHIPPING

To track your order status, please visit the order confirmation page sent to your email or in your customer portal here.

Our products are meticulously handmade, ensuring quality and uniqueness, most orders take 15 to 35 business days to arrive.

If any of your items are on backorder, they will be shipped as soon as they are restocked. We will inform you of any delays either by email or phone.

 You don't need to pay any extra taxes.

APO Addresses

Hawaii / Alaska

Puerto Rico

Military District

Virgin Islands

Guam

Addresses outside the continental U.S.

RETURNS

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

Upon receiving your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method.

 To make changes or cancel your order, simply reply to the order confirmation email or send an email to support@meublilo.com.

 We do not apply any restocking fees or return shipping charges.
